These work, and they work well. If you're like me and sleep is a premium luxury but you still need to function in the day-to-day, you can physically feel them work. They're the only difference between me sitting all day in a chair wishing for everything to stop and me getting up and doing things. Not a healthy thing of course, to find yourself reliant on caffeine like this, but some of us do not have a choice. I started taking them after I developed an inexplicable gastric reaction to my life long love of coffee. For whatever reason, these do not give me the same problems despite being much stronger than an average cup of coffee, and so I can keep the engine running without the consequences. A must have in my daily armoury. I think the price is fair, with a tub lasting you a good month or more depending on how many you take. For me personally, I would take 2 or 3 at the day's start and leave it at that, which would give me a good 3-4 hours of raw engine power. On slower days, 1 in the morning, maybe 1 in the evening, to keep things ticking over. I have with water so I don't taste them, and for me personally I find them easy to swallow but I am a tall guy.

I’m not a big coffee or tea drinker, but do find myself needing a pick me up some mornings. As someone who prefers to avoid unnecessary coffee/calories, these are perfect. I just take one and have plenty of energy throughout the day. Also they’re much more cost effective than buying a coffee every morning. I notice it works within half an hour even with food.
