I love the appearance, but it stoped working after only a few months. Of course it’s past the return window, so I have to shell out more money to replace.

Product does not consistently dispense soap. It works once then is inconsistent even after trying various liquid soaps of various viscositys and changed batteries in dispenser. It would be nice if the vendor would actually provide assistance and return email communications.

Love this soap dispenser! I was searching for an automatic soap dispenser.This one meets my expectations. Sleek appearance and easy to fill the soap. The response of the dispenser works well. You don’t need to place hands too close or too far from the dispenser. The soap amount generated is perfect. The package comes with a free sponge which is a bonus. One tip for this, make sure to press the off button when you need to mount this into the wall and this avoids the unnecessary spill of the soap if it detects there is motion.

We bought one of these last year for our RV. It is fantastic! Well secured on the wall with the glue provided, dispenses soap as needed, and looks very nice. Absolutely love it, so purchased one for home while we were away for the Summer in our RV. When we got home early October we immediately put up our new one, but it doesn't work. It will dispense a tiny bit of soap only once in a great while. We did everything the same way as the first to install it. Unfortunately, it is past the 30 days to return. We had even thought about getting a third one, once we got home, but I am afraid that the consistency of receiving ones that work may be unreliable. If you get one that works, you will love it's performance. If not, hopefully you can return it within the time frame. I would have given this product 5 stars, and would still have if I could have returned the second one, because I understand there are deffects sometime. But the fact that I am stuck with one that doesn't work makes me an unhappy customer.

great concept if it worked. i hought it as a space saver for small vanity bathroospace this product does not work properly. it worked okay at first however hard to figure what setting it is on and it doesn’t stay where set. now it doesn’t work at all. . i have changed batteries, light is on if you push buttons but seldom does it release the soap.

I bought this product and hung it in my shower. I have trouble with dexterity and thought it would help. The dispenser was perfect for about 2months, when the sensor died. The seller was extremely helpful. They informed me water had probably damaged the mechanism and sent me a full refund. Based on excellent customer service and how great this was to start, I would highly recommend for normal (sink) use

I bought this for my 2 year girl . She can't use a traditional press bottle. She can easily get the soap，when she needs. It is come with glue，easy to put on the wall less then few minutes. It requires regular AA batteries to operate. It very sturdy and durable.Awesome price and value. Very pleased and highly recommend

The item looks great but doesn't function well. Goes through batteries very quickly! We ordered 3. All 3 automatically switch to high dose, dispensing too much soap, and have auto dispensed the entire soap contents on the counter - a real mess!Avoid this item!
