These arrived absolutely beautiful. I wanted to cook with them so bad, but I held back and planted them. I can't wait to see the final result. The quality and size were so above expectations. Just ordered 2 more sets to plant. YAY!

These were fresh and tasted great. I had several bulbs also. About 5 of different sizes.

These would be great if I'd bought them for use in the kitchen, they were large and at a far better price than at either of my two closest grocery stores.But I bought them to plant in the garden! These are my 'seed' shallots. There were many double bulbs that I split and am now letting them dry for a few days before putting them in the ground. I am very pleased, these should make many more shallots this season. (And I bet the seller hates to read that!)I got a little over 20 bulbs for planting from 2 pounds, which is great and, again, much cheaper than buying shallots from a grocery store. I can recommend them for either fresh use or for growing.

I had to toss the entire pound as all the shallots arrived frozen.

This order was well packaged and I now have a nice supply of sauted shallots to use in recipes. Very satisfied

The shallots that I received were beautiful and large. I had purchased them to plant in my garden but they were so large I used them for cooking instead. A "Con" regarding this purchase is that I realized that the price per pound was quite high when I found that my supermarkets sold shallots for half the price.

These are huge,! I have never had any as big or nice as these.

I order these from Big Tom Callahan's market often and they arrive fresh and in perfect condition every time! Deeeelicious!
