This item arrived very attractively packaged and the item itself was very attractive. Unfortunately, in a relatively short period of time the black coloring is coming off around the edges making it noticeably less attractive. Further, the clasp is cumbersome at best. You will want someone else to help you put it on. I have not noticed any pain relief at all.

Purchased this bracelet on October 15, 2020 to replace a titanium magnetic bracelet that developed a clasp problem where it would open , and the bracelet would actually fall off my wrist without me noticing. i have also had other bracelets with a similar problem that have been lost. The clasp on this bracelet is very secure, and I do not foresee that problem at all. The black matte finish is like new after 3 months of of 24 hour per day wear. Additionally, the sizing was very easy with the tool supplied.

I wanted something to help my pain, this works great, I leave it on all the time, only downfall, it says its made from Titanium but I have already scratched it several times. Still works fine.
