They filter the dogs water
These are the recommended filter for my dog's five gallon water supply system. They work, I don't know what else to say.

only three came in a pre-used, open plastic bag at the bottom of another bag, the description says six, I only received 3 and they were dirty/dusty - not safe for being used with a breathing device

These are advertised as fitting the Z2 but they don't fit.
I just received these replacement filters and they do not fit. Not as advertised.

Good Filters
I needed a new filter for my travel CPAP machine Z2. This fits correctly and it was nice to have a supply of new filters that don't cost an arm and a leg.
