These are a little larger in circumference than another brand we have; they still work well and get cold on the fridge; however they don’t stay cold long enough for me. I wouldn’t let the kids get ahold of them because if they twist them or something they could break.

These are actually too cold to wear without wrapping in a towel. They continue to chill for almost 2 hours in 100° weather. Overall, good purchase.

I was a bit skeptical at first that these would work. I work outside in south Florida and during the summer it is brutally hot and humid from 9am on. My method is to freeze them the night before and leave them in a cooler that is more like a fridge during the day. They cannot be worn frozen. So by the time I need it,it's flexible enough to wear. I stay cool enough to get hours of job done before needing to put back in the cooler. I found also if you wrap it in a cold wet towel it lasts longer. They definitely work!

Have to put in fridge the night before to thaw because too cold otherwise.

Too small diameter and too small length. Minimally effective.

I received 2. One had a leak, straight out of the package, which was taped up with a lot of packing tape.The other one works fine

I bought an item just like this last year and it's great and cools me down for an hour or more. But this neck cooler is poorly made and the neck cooler melts in less than 15 minutes and once it melts it will fall of my neck. This one was a better price and in stock but I wish I would of order the one I order last year. It was double the price and takes 14 plus for shipping but well worth the price and wait time.

Bought for my husband for work and of course it hasn’t been hot since we received them. But they look great!
