Q: What the difference between standard and explore

Hi Sara, The Standard range has all of the volume limiting features of the Explore models. However, the standard range has a wired headphone cable vs. the detachable version on the Explore models. The Explore Models also have a built in mic were the Standard Does not. Also, The Standard Model is also not foldable where the Explore Foldable is! Q: how long are the cords? I want to use them in the car with my portable dvd player

The cord is approximately 4' long. We just used them on a couple of flights and they worked perfect! Should work great in the car too and since they allow other headphones to plug into them, you will be able to allow multiple people to watch. We love these and so does our 4 year old!

Q: Do the yellow ones fold?

Yes! They fold up. The ear piece can also be lengthened for resizing.
