Good quality, but bottle too big - it's a bit unwieldy for spraying easily, let's say, over the feet.As it doesn't fully absorb, not wanting to put it on the belly for instance, before sleep. So the pump is the wrong shape for the bottle size.But I'm glad I have it, as it does help me relax for sleep. And I know it's working because it has a slightly stinging effect for about 10 minutes - showing me that something is happening in its process.

Sleep pattern has improved slightly using the spray.

Feels greasy and not easily absorbed
