A Lot for Your Money
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this in the mail. The rack was much heavier and more sturdy than I imagined it would be for the price I paid. It was also of much higher quality that I had seen in homes before. The pot holder is a beautiful, warm, and inviting addition to your kitchen. We ordered additional "s" hooks for the rack and am glad we did so. I was able to hang two complete sets of pans, anodized and stainless steel, from the rack in an organized and convenient fashion. EVERYONE whom saw the pot holder hanging over our kitchen island LOVED it. It truly does make your kitchen feel so much more like home while making access to your pots and pans simple. I was used to digging the pan I needed from a pile of pans and lids down in my cabinet. This rack allows me to turn from my stove and effortlessly grab the pan I need without digging through the cabinet. I would have given 10 stars if it was possible.

I bought two and can no longer imagine living without a pot rack
I think this was $39 when I bought it a few years ago, and a few years before that. I had one at my back house, and when we rented it out it was one of the nicest things about the house, so we left it there and bought another one for the front house when we moved. It adds so much convenient storage, that we are considering renovating our 1949 kitchen but I can no longer imagine living without a pot rack and that's making things difficult for me. It holds a few non-stick skillets, a complete set of Emerilware, a strainer, and some utensils, and on top I have my pressure cooker, some mixing bowls, and all the glass Emerilware lids. I have it over my range because we don't have an extractor hood and it seemed the logical place, but if you have space I recommend putting it somewhere other than over the range because everything gets greasy and dirty and needs to be washed all the time. I don't know if it is genuine wrought iron or if it is steel with some kind of finish coating painted on, but it doesn't matter to me. It is very strong and looks very nice, and for the price I paid (twice!) it was an absolute steal. It adds charm, character, and a sense of design to my two very old, very small, and otherwise very sad kitchens. It must be hung from the ceiling joists.

Great little Rack
This little baby arrived quickly and I couldn't wait to get it up. It is a nice size for my kitchen an looks great in it. There are enough double sided hooks for 20 items. The shelf is very handy. The rack itself is sturdy. It's a great way to save space. All of a sudden the kitchen looks better AND there is room for the dishwasher. I picked up a square piece of ceiling tin that matches the rack to mount above it. So far, everyone loves it.

Great Piece
Absolutely no issues with this item whatsoever. I bought it 10 months ago, and am still completely satisfied. I know what you are thinking... it is a piece of metal that hangs from the ceiling... what could go wrong with it. True... but I will add a few pieces. 1. 10 months of use, and I have yet to see the first chip in paint or discoloring. 2. The hanging chain is more than adequate to hold whatever you need to, we have about 80 pounds of pots and pans and it handles it without issue. 3. It looks fabulous, especially in a kitchen theme that carries a country motif. The only change that I would make is that I would have liked to see it come with sturdier ceiling anchors. The ones it came with did not seem capable of holding much weight, so we spent 15 bucks at Lowes for anchors that would hold up to 150 pounds. Almost a year later, and we are still more than satisfied with the rack.

Topsy Turvey- Look out below!
This pot rack is heavy, hard to hang, and is VERY impractical. Because the pot rack is mounted by two chains in the middle, rather than a sturdy four on all sides it is not balanced. when you hang a pot on a hook it tips the whole thing over and sometimes tips it so hard that the pots on the rack will tip off the hook and knock heads or send utensils flying! It also hangs VERY low, and is hard to adjust to the proper height without taking the bronze finish off. NOT a quality product, splurge for a higher quality pot rack that will stay balanced and mount easily onto a ceiling! If you have a kitchen island at counter top height it will practically sit on the counter top because of length.

Looks great but can get unbalanced easily
The pot rack looks great in the country kitchen of my 200+ year old cape. I agree with the comment about the chain links being hard to work with. My ceiling is not level, so I had to work extremely hard to bend a single link to about 1/2 length in order to get the rack to hang level. Another issue is the 2-chain design: If pots are not distributed evenly (by weight) around the rack, it will tip. This is a problem as you remove and replace pots from the rack in the course of cooking. I may be able to rig up some stabilizing chains attached at the lower ends of the metal hoops that hold the horizontal members, but not yet certain how that will impact what is a pleasing visual design. All in all, a good value, well constructed, but with a design flaw that may turn out to be its downfall (or cause the downfall of the pot lids stored on the horizontal shelf).

CHEAP A** JUNK
Junk, and when I returned it, it cost me $23.00 to send it back, and because it wasn't damaged, they charged me a 25% handling charge! So, to recap, it cost me $70.00 to buy this, and they gave me back $29.89, and the return freight is MY RESPONSIBILITY, FURNITURE CREATIONS Unlimited SUCKS, AND they hide behind their phones, won't take my calls, and cowardly e-mail me their response, AGAIN, DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE CREATIONS, YOU WILL GET BENT OVER, DEAN A. THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER SUCKS !!
