Useful product.....but does not look the same......
It was a useful product and worked well; however, when we opened it.......it seemed that someone already used it and was returned. The product does not look like how it was in the picture when we were ordering it. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were looking forward to use it. Before using the product, we needed to put it in vinegar to make sure we can use it. Next time, please send us a product that is related to the picture and not a used one. If it is used, please let us know.
