I'm trying to follow the Medical Medium Protocol and this Ionic Selenium is recommended for thyroid disorders. I've been taking it most days but it's hard for me to even swallow, it just has this weird taste just doesn't sit well with me. I usually chase it with something...but the health benefits outweigh the taste

My doctor was impressed that I started taking this. I mix with a glass of water w grey Celtic salt each day. I'm 65. There is no taste so it's great.

I've been using liquid Selenium for years and Good State Ionic Selenium is the best. Because it is concentrated, I dilute it to a thinner solution (mix 1 part ionic selenium with 5 part distilled water) and use it as a skin toner, before applying moisturizer (morning and night). It really helps with lighten up the brown spots on my face. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

I like this product a lot. It's very easy to take. I try to get my Selenium by eating Brazil nuts (just one or two a day) but they are not always available and truthfully with the state of our food supply you don't really know what your getting! So I supplement with this once or twice a week and feel confident that I'm getting this very important and highly overlooked nutrient in my body to help me stay healthy. I say give it a try. Just follow the directions explicitly for dosing. You can have too much of a good thing. Same if you choose to eat Brazil nuts. Just one or two a day depending on your size as you can really get very sick if you eat more. Good luck. Stay healthy.

The last bottle I got not only had a bad taste but also smelled bad, I don't know if this was what was causing me to be sick to my stomach or not, but this was the first time I have had this problem. It should not smell kind of like rotten eggs!
