Such a good book. Teenager child is loving the content
My teenager child loves this book. I see her writing her thoughts daily. If it aid her moods. I am all for self healing. She was very excited when it came.

Can't fault it, it's a good book for letting out all those feels. Although, I probably used it twice and haven't picked it up again, but I think that's just my ADHD mentally ill brain thinking these books will change my life at 3am lol

Amazing book
Amazing book, If you’ve ever tried to write a journal or diary about how you feel and not know where to start this helps so much and every question or instruction really makes u say woah and get the brain thinking as if you didn’t know you needed to be asked that it’s very good

Great for shadow work/self reflection
This book has made me see myself in a different light, and has made me self reflect. Answering the questions in the book will make you sad, make you angry, make you feel self pity but it also helps you to move on. Sometimes you have to embrace the darkness so the light can get in.
