This leather working tools kit is a great value and perfect for both beginners and hobbyists. The tools feel solid and well-made, and everything needed to get started is included. It’s been very useful for my projects, and I’m really happy with the quality.

My husband loved this! It was perfect for him starting out making holsters and such and he said they are of high quality and are lasting and maintaining how he needs them to. Easy for beginners, functions how they are supposed to, looks fancy in the packaging and the thread is easy to use and thick enough for his leather projects.

Bought this as a complete newbie to leather crafting. It had all the essential parts you would need (save a mallet), which was amazing!!! I was exciting some of the tools that were in there I would just sat the quality is what you pay for… I have issues with the awls not piercing through well. Will invest in more durable and higher quality tools eventually But for a beginner to learn and practice fundamentals, this is a good kit to try out

I am an experienced leatherworker, and I have just about everything I need already. However, I discovered some basic tools missing after a family member "borrowed" some things but failed to return them. I noticed this kit contains quite a few items I already have, but it contains two of the items I need to replace. For the price, you simply can't beat it. I haven't used the thread yet, but I did open the package to check the quality of it. I am quite impressed with the amount of tools, and the apparent quality compared to the price. I may have to alter my evaluation after using the items, but I don't expect a super high level of usability in a starter kit this affordable. I am giving it 5 stars because it is what it claims to be, a very good buy for what it is intended for. It is a good starter kit for stitching and sewing leather and other challenging materials, like canvas and denim. It comes in a sturdy, zipper case, which is very handy for sewing supplies. I already have one another zippered case for sewing supplies, including thread, and have no problem with keeping more than one around. Thread can get sloppy, and any way to keep tools and supplies organized is welcome. I would definitely recommend.

This little leather kit is absolutely amazing for it price point. I have dabbled in leatherwork since 2007, and sell some of my projects to mainly friends. I bought this for my daughter. And looked at everything except the thread. This is a very good starter kit!

This is worth the price. Each piece comes in handy and the thread holds well. Best starter kit you can find.

This was for a gift for my sister in law. She loved it. Good quality. Organization perfect. Functional. Easy to use.

Decent for the price I guess but unfortunately some of the needle eyes were broken and therefore useless and the punches got dull really quickly after about 100 holes. Used it to slap together a belt bag for renaissance faire to hold trinkets.

I needed several tools from this kit to complete my book sleeve project. When I realized the sewing machine couldn’t handle it I went looking for a couple punches to hand stitched my project. This kit is good value for the money and the tools feel strong and good quality. Great beginner or starter kit. It came with 10 nice thread options as well which are already waxed. Great value, highly recommend

Needle case arrived broken, and all the needles felt out, and some of them even pierced the case. As a suggestion for upcoming for next shipments - please, make additional package for needle case.
