Thought it was simply a tie with an elastic band for the collar but it’s a little bit more than that. For a moment we thought it was going to be as complicated as tying an actual tie but there is a zip feature which makes it all obvious! As usual it would have been good to have a diagram showing how it works but luckily it just seemed to fall into place. The tie itself is very nice and doesn’t look cheap/shiny. But hey, learn how to tie a tie!

This tie features a zip to tighten the tie into position after passing it over the head to the neck. It was barely big enough to do so. It needs a few more inches to make this easier.

extremely convenient but waay too short, and I'm 5'6" so I have a small torso, so it gets worse the taller and the bigger the torso
