Hi i would say i have wide feet and found them wide enough, i am 10/ 10 1/2 /11 depending on the shoes and was glad i got the 11, i think the toes would have pinched in a 10 even if they spread in time, if this helps

Just indentations not holes so are waterproof. Very comfy.

Yes I think they would be suitable to wear in a kitchen 👍
