Rectangular 1 Line Custom Embroidered Name Tag Sew on Patch 3" (Small)

I ordered 2 patches with my nickname on them, but when the package arrived today (5/16/22), there was only 1 patch inside the plastic bag in the shipping envelope. I have no complaint about the patch itself, just that for after spending over $27, I only received a single 3" x 1" patch. Also, the shipping envelope's flap was stapled with 2 staples, which may have made it possible for a patch to fall out.

The first time around was great! Got exactly what I ordered. The second time took TWICE as long to get and the FONT was wrong. Although the item insert showed the correct font on paper, English, it was not reflected on the product. I received Georgia Font. For those two reasons my rating has dropped this time.

I'm not sure how rate something like this, but gave it 5 stars because of the larger size, the neatness of the scribing on the tag and they had it in the mail to me, very promptly. There was a good selection of scripts and colors to choose from as well.

Product looks as advertised. No problem with font.
