Fantastic Item! I can't tell you how many packs of those donut hole toe pads I've gone through which were not only expensive but don't stay in place all that well. These not only stay in place but are comfortable to wear and completely protect the soft corn I have on the inside of my little toe. Some reviews complained they were too tight which is kinda surprising considering these stretch so maybe on a big toe they don't work as well but on a little toe (my little toe at least) they are the aforementioned fantastic. As far as a sizing reference - I bought a size medium and I wear an 11 1/2 shoe. Last thing, the cost - one pack will probably last me a year. I bought my pack a month ago and I've only cut off 3 sleeves so far and that's wearing them every day all day so I figure the pack will probably last a year. That's $10 oppose to more than $50 over the course of a year for the donut hole pads.

After surgery on my second toe and I have hammer toes and the constant rubbing from the other toes with each step I took well my toe would not heal. I cut these to size and as I stretch it I slip it on my poor little toe. The little slip-on really does protect my toe and keeps the swelling down. Awesome simple answer. I thought the silicone would sweat or something but not an issue. I come home and slip it off and my toe is finally healing. When you’re older it seems surgeries on the foot take a long time to heal and I do not have diabetes. I’m glad I don’t have to keep buying bandages and wraps.

Overall the sleeves preform pretty well for their intended use. I have tried a few methods to cushion and stablize a toe which is still tender and painful year after two surgeries. I bought the sleeves as an alternative when I want some protection without a full stabilizer. For this it works very well. I've had growing paing with learning the best way to get the sleeve on without causing some additional pain but once on it's very comfortable. The sleeve doesn't quite have the stretch I was hoping for. It does however fit without feeling too tight at all and the cushion provided by the inner gel layer is perfect, outer fabric feels soft against my other toes and relieves chafing I would experience otherwise.I haven't tested it with heavy walking or exercise inside shoes yet but haven't noticed my skin feeling too hot or moist from sweat. I've even been able to leave it on through a quick bath when I was tired without issue.I mentioned in the title that the sleeve isn't my favorite, that strictly comes down to the struggle I have with putting it on and that personally I need most support most times. Neither reason are things I would count against the product. Strictly for cushion and protection the sleeves are great, I only wish they stretched a little more to lessen the pressure when initially putting it on.

While they work wonderfully, you have to be sure to change daily or wash daily as the inner silicone can cause toe to sweat and cause athletes foot. I have never in my life had athletes foot. I do not go barefoot ever, I do not go to gyms, etc. I am miserable and finally figured out the cause as the first toe that started to itch was the one with the Toe Sleeve. I should have known better, but again, I have never experienced the awful effects of athletes foot. Use them but be careful !!!!!!!!

(See update below)"FINAL UPDATE"...Received the Small size toe tubes over the weekend and they are wonderful!!! Arrived earlier than expected. Great product and a wonderful company. They truly take customer service/customer care to a new level.INITIAL REVIEW:This looked like a great product at a good price, however the sizing was off. The orthopedic surgeon recommended I wear "toe socks" and gave me samples of Silipos toesocks to use.I measured the unworn unstreatched sample tubes, flattening them as described and found them to be 3/4" diameter. By this product's description, that would be their Medium size. I ordered, then returned the first package as it was obviously larger than that. I measured and found it was 1". That appeared to be the size of the Large so I figured I was sent the incorrect size. I could not find a size on the packaging (it was covered by a sticker) so I returned it and then promptly reordered another Medium package.The second package arrived today...same issue, however this package is marked as Medium. It too measures 1" which is still larger than the 3/4" it is supposed to be. I'm afraid to try ordering the small size (1/2")... it might actually be that small.Guess these will be returned too and I'll be looking for another brand. It's really unfortunate, as these looked to be a very nice quality from what I could tell by looking thru the clear window of the package.UPDATE. Chiroplax reached out to me and explained how to correctly measure for their product (round, not flattened as I had been told by the dr office staff).With that new information, it appears that their small size may be a better fit and closer to the samples I had been given. They contacted me a second time and are helping me to find the best fit. Wow. I’m NOT exaggerating when I say it’s lifesaving! I can play basketball without the weight of blisters forming on my toes. Brought back more of my love to stay active, the one pack of five is more than enough to last for years since they’re washable and reusable. I like the feel of the inner gel and snug fit on my toes. Cut to length desire and just pull on to save your toes! We walk on them everyday, take care of them haha

These are great, I ordered the medium and they fit both myself who has big toes and my wife who has smaller toes. They are very comfortable. Unlike prepackaged store brands these have silicon all the way around, this stops the bunching up of the guard itself when walking. Would I buy again, absolutely. For $20 cdn I will get 15 pairs from the 6 six inch tubes. Comoare that to $7 to $9 forrepackaged cut ones.

Great price for so many toe tubes! They look like the exact same toe tubes I buy at SDM, but far more for the money. I use them to protect my hammer toe on both feet. Unfortunately the inner gel became sticky after wearing them only three times. Even after washing with soap and water and after applying power to them they stayed sticky. The company has been great to return them.

The product it's self was exactly what I was looking for, however the condition of some of the product and packaging was disgusting...The package had been previously opened and one tube had been cut and used and then put back in the original package which I then received.

These are much less expensive buying them in strips and cutting to size than purchasing in local drug store and getting only two tiny toe inserts. These will last a long time. They also are washable and can be reused. My foot care clinic referred me to Amazon to purchase these and I’m very happy with this brand to relieve pain at the pressure point caused by rubbing between my bunioned large toe and next toe. Recommend.
