Love Quietude! Been using this product for many years. Used to have to get it from the UK. So happy Amazon now carries it, and at a reasonable price. Creates a relaxed environment at bedtime and fosters good sleep. Have not found any other product that works as well, for me. Often give it as a gift and receivers seem to love it as much as I do.

The smell was not what I thought it was going to be. It smells like lavender but it was a little funky. It's not my preferred scent. I sprayed my sheets before bed but the scent did not last. The whole point was to help me relax.
