Much better than cheaper versiobs
I bought a cheaper version where the plugs did not fit the sockets if any device was in a case. This is great.

You need to drill a 3/8” hole in the lid if your BBQ if installing it on a BBQ that has not previously had a thermometer. It is a direct replacement for OEM units already having one in their Weber.
