I replaced an old laptop setup (with an external monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse) with the Beelink SER5 MAX, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. The performance has been excellent—fast, responsive, quiet, and reliable. With 16GB of RAM and the NVMe SSD, everything runs smoothly, whether I’m multitasking or doing light gaming. I also bought a second one, with 32GB for a similar setup for my work. One minor issue I ran into was with the Bluetooth not working after the PC had been unplugged for a while. It turned out to be a Windows driver issue—not a fault of the Beelink itself. I updated the Bluetooth drivers, and everything’s worked perfectly since. I also love how compact it is—I mounted it to the back of my monitor, which freed up even more desk space compared to my old laptop setup. Overall, I’m really happy with this mini PC and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek, powerful, and space-saving solution!

This would be an awesome computer even if it was the size of a mini-fridge... but it's not, it's actually less than 1/2 the size of my internet router. It's fast, powerful, and tiny. One of the best things is that it came with a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. NO Bloatware, adware, or anything unnecessary. Of course, it has a bunch of Microsoft apps on it but there's no getting around that. Note: If you choose to upgrade the RAM to 32 GB yourself, you have to buy two (2) sticks of 16GB SODIMM RAM. It comes with 16GB of RAM but that's split between the two pre-installed 8GB sticks. So, if you only buy one stick of 16GB, then you'll have to leave one of the 8GB sticks in the other slot for a total of 24GB. Also, make sure to purchase laptop-size RAM because desktop RAM won't fit into it. Crucial is a good brand of RAM. A couple of other great things about this mini PC: - I have it connected to two 32" 4K/UHD displays. It pushes a pixel-perfect display to them without any issues. - I investigated the processor (Ryzen 7 4700U) before purchasing, and most sources found that it produced significantly less heat than a similar Intel i5 chip that happens to be in a few competing mini PCs. So far, the only time the turns on is at startup (for less than one second) but it typically generates so little heat that it's cool to the touch. - It has plenty of USB and HDMI ports. It would be nice if it had one more USB-C port (it only has one) but I can always get a dongle for that. I got this because I couldn't find a reasonably priced laptop that could plug into multiple 4K monitors. Most of the laptops that I found were 1920x1080p resolution, and I haven't had any luck scaling that to large screens in the past. Also, I always work from home at my desk so I don't really need portability (i.e. laptop)... I just wanted something that I could easily fit in my backpack in case I had to take it with me in a hurry. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this mini PC. In terms of value -what you get for the price -I've never found a better deal on a computer.
