I have a large metal tool box for all my assorted small tools but there was never enough room for the bulkier items, like hammers, hacksaws, clamps, caulk guns, etc.... I needed another smaller metal tool box for all those items. This box was the perfect solution. Well made, durable and inexpensive. It solved my tool storage problem to a T!

Flip the curved tray upside down and mount this right on top of it.The to link hook still works on the bracket just fine.This is a nice little tool box.I think I’m going to get another one to replace the cheap plastic one that came with the tractor.

Not very durable but for the price that's expected. Had it for a few months now and already had to bend it back into place. Probably best used for shop storage.

Trying to pickup new hobby doing leather work. This fits my basic tools and my Dremel and attachments too. I take it with me as a hobby to my hotels when I'm out on the road for work.

I bought this as a started tool box so I can carry most of my smaller tools in the trunk of my car and not have them fall everywhere. The old school classic tool box look is what I first loved, but the sturdiness, the reliability and the durability of this tool box is what made me not regret my choice. This toolbox holds so much if my wrenches, phillips/flathead/torx screwdrivers, mallet, etc etc etc. A removable top half when you open it to only reveal more room inside. Great for a mobile toolbox or a starter set to keep your most needed tools with you at all times. I can't recommend this enough. Still going strong for me.

We bought several of these so all the kids in our family could have one. We used them to gift them their grandparents old tools and the old fashioned design was perfect. Not too large for a first toolbox.

I know this is a toolbox, but my husband has extra long bbq utensils & the fit nowhere. Well this toolbox was the perfect solution.

To give credit to the seller, the product dimensions are clearly visible on the store product page. I unfortunately neglected to look those dimensions, instead focusing on the "BIG RED" name and assuming it would be a reasonable large tool box.I purchased this box with the intent of putting all my plumbing tools in it. The hope was that there would also be sufficient space to put some small spare parts (gages, pressure switch, valves, etc) in it as well. Unfotunately though, it isn't even large enough to store all my plumbing tools. "Big Red" is actually the smallest tool box I now own.On the plus side though, I will say the steel construction is simple, but high quality and it wouldn't surprise if me if one of these tool boxes could last a lifetime, provided you keep it away from corrosive environments. I gave this tool box 5 stars for sturdiness and durability, but it's too bad the size of the tool box isn't large enough to justify its name. The price is very good though at under twenty bucks, which is why I also gave it a 4/5 stars for "Value for money."If the seller had a version of this steel tool box at twice the size for twice the cost, I'd buy it without hesitation.

A bit bigger than my older tool box. Tough. Strong, and looks great!

Description claimed weatherproof and rustproof.Not even close.

I bought two of these 19" long toolboxes to provide a measure of safety for e-bike batteries. My hope it that they will be able to contain a battery fire, a potentially devastating chain reaction type of self-oxygenating, runaway fire. I added a 3/4" hole and rubber grommet to pass a charging cable, but it may also serve as a pressure release, although doubtlessly venting a spray of fire. I hope to never put it to an actual test.
