Does the pop wheel on the Marshall toy lay flat, so it can stand lime a normal bike?

Is the moto chase motorcycle that comes with the set supposed to be pullback? The pullback on the chase that came with it doesn't work

NO, the Chase that comes with the HQ set is NOT a pull back. (I had that same question, lol!) My kid got the full set of pups and the HQ for his birthday, and while the Chase vehicle that comes with the HQ set does not pull back and take off like the individually purchased "deluxe" vehicles, it is otherwise the same size and appearance, and a great toy that works with the HQ ramp regardless.
