Fast shipping and product was in great shap
This scanner was shipped fast and in perfect condition. The model itself was easy to install and use and is very fast.

Doesn't work with semi rigid or top loaders
Top loaders and semi rigid card holders jamb.

Would not recommend...
Arrived with paper guide broken. I had to babysit the feeder to load documents.Master's degree in software and technology required to complete setup. It took 2 of us 2 hours and we were pulling our hair out. No installation software included...it is accomplished by scan code and is super confusing. We threw a party and did Olympic-caliber handstands in the parking lot when it finally installed! Returned in 3 days...

Easy to use
Scanning at my right hand. Fast, easy to use.

DIFFICULT SET UP, SCANS BUT IMAGES ARE POOR QUALITY
Required by IT department this specific model. Had to buy it refurbished. Very difficult setup and the images scanned are grainy and very poor quality

NO MANUAL
A bit banged up, but it will do the job. It did not come with a user manual just be mindful that you may not receive one.
