I have taken this product for 4 months and I am NOW feeling the benefit. I have arthritis in both my knees, I am in my 40’s so initially when it started in my early 40s I did not think oh this is arthritis. Over the years my knees have gotten worse and I was really quite disabled with pain. I could barely walk, I can’t stand for any length of time, it was awful and quite depressing. I read about glucosamine helping joints and thought I will give it a go. I was not expecting immediate results but after six to eight weeks I thought I might feel a difference. I didn’t. If I hadn’t already bought another bottle I may not have. However I had bought it so I thought I will just finish the bottle as there is no harm in it. I am pleased I did. For the last 2 to 3 weeks I have been walking with little pain. Going up and down stairs without clinging on to the hand rail. I feel so much better both physically and mentally. I don’t know if everyone will have the same results but I would say do persevere for a few months. I have reordered and I won’t be without them now. Update. I stopped taking them for a few weeks at Christmas (about 3) as I just got out the routine and I went back the way with my pain. I couldn’t believe how in just a couple of weeks my knees were stiffening and incredibly painful. Genuinely they are wonderful, I have been taking them regularly since the middle of January and I feel really much better again. In fact so good when my long awaited physio appointment finally came (in a couple of weeks ago ( 9 month wait). I felt a bit of a fraud in going.

I am 74, getting more knee and leg pains as I age. This product eases the symptoms, not quickly but gradually. I missed taking them for a few days and realised the discomfort was increasing. Thank you for helping me.

I highly recommend this complex supplement, it actually works. I always suffered from joint pain & stiffness, usually at night when turning or setting in a same position sometime (specially my tail bone & knees) as well as the lack of energy. This all stopped after I started taking the Glucosamine & Chondroitin complex. I believe it ticked all the boxes with the benefit of (all in one) vitamins that are included.. that I would’ve struggled to take them individually. I take 2 capsules after a meal, it’s easy to swallow & I feel more flexible & energetic. Also I recommended it to my mom & she’s really pleased.

I believe these are definitely helping with my aches and pains I’m beginning to walk a lot easier and further so I’ll definitely be buying more thank you.

Pills are rather large, and may well be effective, we just can't swallow them without gagging. They literally stick in your throat, it's something with the coating on them.

I bought this because I normally use Costco ones which have been out of stock for awhile. I’d ran out and had not been taking any glucosamine for about a week. Pain was returning to my ankles so I tried these as soon as they arrived. They are very fast acting. My pain subsided within hours. However I’m not very keen on the clear capsule form. I can taste it on my tongue and sometimes they stick to my throat when I swallow with liquid. It can take more than 1 attempt to swallow and it has even caused me to gag a few times. However due to the fact that they’re fast acting and effective I would recommend to people who have no issues with swallowing tablets. I will try and wait it out til Costco stock comes back otherwise I may have to order another order one

I have been suffering recently from pain in my knees and my hip at night but since I started taking these tablets I can feel a difference. I don’t take them daily.
