The bag arrived burst and it’s impossible to receive a return

Country of origin is Ukraine and not UK
Not only this seller has a "no return policy" but they send flour that expires within two months of receiving it and also it is not produced in the UK as they claim but in Ukraine where the ground is still radioactive and polluted.
