Excellent health benefits! I use it to prepare Dr. Davis’s SIBO-style cultured dairy recipe with half-and-half, and the results have been fantastic. After following the instructions and fermenting it with this Bacillus strain, I noticed a clear improvement in how my gut felt, and my family has experienced better digestion as well. I bought this to make ‘SIBO’ yogurt, but I ended up taking it as a pill and noticed from the first night of taking this, I woke up with a flatter stomach! I went number two and I felt so empty like I was cleaned out!
