They are more comfortable then sitting on bare wood

The tags are on the wrong side. Had I noticed that before I ripped one off, I would have returned them. The 2 back cushions have the seam with the tags right on the top, so you’ll always see it instead of the bottom. The rounded corners are supposed to be on the top, so I’m not getting them mixed up. Same with the bench cushion, the tag was front and center. Even when I cut it off, you’ll still see a sliver of the tag. Also, color was a little bit darker than I thought.

I received an open package with a missing piece and complained. ARTPLAN (seller) reached out to me several times via email, assumed full responsibility for the error, and will ship me a new item. I am very impressed with the quickness and sincerity of their customer service and the resolution. ARTPLAN's customer service is great--this seller works very hard to ensure your satisfaction in their products, which is very refreshing. I will update my review of the actual product after I receive the replacement.

Perfect color perfect size and totally limp, floppy, no cushion cushions. Big disappointment.

For the price these are great cushions. Water drips from the balcony above mine but these cushions are completely waterproof and the water just rolls off. Very happy with them.

The quality seems goodComfortable to sit inTabs to hold them in place could make them perfect. Will have to make them myself.
