I fabricate a lot of fixtures and tools for a fast paced production facility. Need to deburr corners and edges on anything going to production floor. This is a nice way to do it. Adjustable depth is great. I’ve used it on UHMW and aluminum thus far. Only complaint I have is it’s pretty loud, I’ll figure out something to take care of that in the not to distant future, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

0 problems debuting 100s of jobs so far. Had to rotate the inserts after about 180 feet of travel (no cutting fluids) if your wondering about longevity of those. I will point out though this is a fairly situational tool. If you think this will replace a grinder it will not and there are jobs a angle grinder will clean way faster.
