I’ve been taking this for over a year. Last month had my yearly eye check and need a prescription 50% less than what I needed the previous year. Went back to the glasses I used 20 years ago. Nobody had an explanation of why my vision had improved.I will keep taking this and expect my vision to keep improving.

TwinLabs made a great product called Ocugard Plus. Lutenol has very similar ingredients in similar amounts. My eyes function well at night as if I were using my old product. Lutenol is a capsule and is easy to swallow.

It is too early to tell whether this product will help improve my eye sight. so far it doesn't seem to be any better than regular lutein and zeaxanthin.

I took a while bottle of this one and could tell absolutely nothing. Not saying it doesn't work, but some of the reviews I read lead me to believe after 2 days improvements were noticed... not at all my experience.
