Passed my exam using this book. Only thing I would say is that the actual exam is harder than the practice ones in the book so maybe use another resource for your practice tests.

I first got the ACE in 2018 with a 3-digit series number. I hold 5 other GCP certifications, and this book is one of my essential tools when I renew the ACE exam as required by Google. Whether you're getting up to speed, closing some weak areas, or just brushing up for the associate level exam when you've moved on to architecture/management, this book is an excellent review. The second edition makes several improvements over the first edition. There's a precision and efficiency to the writing style. The initial assessment, chapter-by-chapter review questions, and custom practice exams (online) are absolutely essential in assessing your readiness to take this exam. As the rear of the book says, if you can pass both 100-question online exams that come with the book at 90%, you're ready to take and pass the exam. This aligns with my experience. This may not be the best material for someone trying to cram...there is a certain level of assumption that you have some basic hands on experience with GCP, but does not assume or require you to know all areas in order to get up to speed. If you've even tinkered with GCP recently or want to expand your knowledge, this is a great way to get that process going and get a great tour of the GCP services and how they fit into the landscape of cloud architecture and engineering.
