Just as pictured, everything worked great and my son absolutely loved it! Of course the balloons had a little smell when blowing them up but I haven’t bought ones that didn’t. Bright and fun decorations, made everything really nice. Great price for what you get.

Very inexpensive for a good amount of decorations, they aren't very sturdy and you can tell they are not made with the best materials.

This birthday kit is fine except for the fact that the balloons are all Halloween themed. It makes me think that maybe the company had leftover Halloween balloons and put them all into a birthday package and sold them that way hoping that maybe no one would notice? This is for a two year old March, birthday party, and the balloons all have jack-o’-lanterns on them. A little weird. Definitely misadvertising.

It was a cute set but it’s advertised as a birthday decorations but the theme was definitely Halloween. The characters on the balloons were dressed in Halloween costumes as we’re the cupcake toppers.
