CROSSPOINT Extra Add-On Remote Transmitter Button for the Expandable Wireless Doorbell Alert System, Model ET, Black

Use this wireless doorbell as our primary doorbell. Easy to install, many different doorbell tones available, number of receivers can be expanded. We have one doorbell/transmitter, at the front-door, and three receivers/chimes in different parts of the house.Previously we only had a single transmitter and a single chime located inside near the front door. If we were on the back-porch or upstairs we were not able to hear someone ringing the doorbell. Now with three receivers we always hear the doorbell.This wireless doorbell does not require any existing wiring to operate. The transmitter is battery powered and the receivers plug into existing wall outlets. Nice alternative to costly video doorbells but this doorbell does not provide video or audio of someone at or near your door.

Have two receivers in different rooms and three doorbells, all set for different rings. Been using for about two months and works well. Set up fairly easy but selecting the rings is a bit tedious with 50+ to choose from.

Works well and paired with set easily

Just had them up about a week but seems to be a great product. I needed something that worked well but was cost effective for our fire station and have tried several different types of notification devices. The quality is good and works great so far. The only negative thing I would have to state and it really has nothing to do with the product but more toward human nature. The button seems to get missed but most people. We tried to place them at "choke" points but people walk right by them. We placed them on a contrasting sign and now are going to try placing "arrows" pointing at the button to see if that will get their attention. Like I said before, the product is not at fault but maybe this information will help the manufacturer or customer in some way.

I purchased this one to go with my existing transmitter because my previous button would ring all the time whenever it got wet. The setup on this was pretty easy, but if the receiver would get unplugged, I’d have to set it up all over again. I just tried to set it up again and it won’t pair with the receiver. I even changed the battery. I guess I’ll try a different brand.

Worked no problems and was configurable as a third chime style with relative ease. Very pleased.

Thought I had ordered the Complete System with a added on remote bell as per description. All I had really ordered was the add on remote bell for $31. Useless to me without the base system. Very misleading description.
