I LOVE this spray. I saw a MMA fighter uses it and gave it a shot. I have muscular thighs from sprinting and exercise, and I find a small amount of spray goes a very long way. I cannot recommend this product enough to avoid chaffing.

My daughter chose a prom dress that had sequins all over the bodice. She was set on the dress even though just having it on for a few minutes irritated her under arm area. I knew it could make for a miserable night so I got to work looking for a solution. I landed on this product. She used this for the first time on prom night, so I was hoping I chose well. I sprayed it on her in the bathroom and application was very easy. It made the bathroom tile very slippery, and I would have sprayed it somewhere else if I had thought about that. She wore the dress for 7 hours and had no redness or irritation from the sequins. I would call it a success!

Perhaps i did not use this properly, but the stray took forever to dry. My intended use was to wear with heels for a chaf-free dance night out (not the true purpose of this product but i know many use in this way). Due to wet spray on my feet, i felt my feet were slipping through my heels and created a whole new problem. After completely drying on my feet and sandals, i did not feel any chaffing which is why i bought this product. So in the end it did its job.

I am an ultra runner who chafes in many places, particularly under the breasts. I have used a variety of products and have found that they don't last beyond 13-15 miles before needing to reapply. I tried this and LOVE it. I recently ran 32 miles non stop on rain and never once needed to reapply. It is greasy when you first spray on but I don't rub it in and it is perfect. It does not leave any grease marks on my shirts or sports bras. I highly recommend this.
