This is a nice outdoor set. I'm going to start with the negative first and it's not that bad - the set is not the easiest to assemble. But it's not extremely hard either. I bent the Allen wrench with some pliers to allow it to fit into my electric screwdriver and that made it go much faster. You might need an extra person to put pressure against the pieces to get the screws to connect.But, once assembled it seems quite sturdy. I will absolutely say the cushions seem top quality - they are firm, have zippers for cleaning and look great. All the pieces fit (a bit snugly) on my 13' by 6.5' balcony.One more thing - this set comes in three huge boxes. One box was crushed and the pieces inside were horribly bent. I opened a ticket with the seller at about 7pm one night. It said to allow 2 days for response but I had a request for pics of the damage by 9pm from them which I immediately provided. By the time I woke up the next morning, they sent me the UPS tracking number for a full replacement box. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!! I was definitely worried once I saw the damaged box but could not be more pleased with the speed and format of resolution.I'm adding a pic but without all the cushions so you can see the framework. We looked online at many different options on sites such as Wayfare and Overstock and finally settled on this set. While it was a bit more expensive than the others we found - it is well worth it. Easy to install, comes with a cover and clips and is comfortable.Agree with all the reviews that discuss cushions moving around, however the bottom cushions now come with Velcro to keep them in place.The set arrived in four large boxes that were in good condition. Very well packed. The box of directions included all necessary parts and a good quality ratchet.The directions were ok, a bit challenging at first and I did orient the pieces differently than pictured to get them together. Also our directions said to add 3 screws when more were needed for the corner units. Otherwise all of the parts were there and in great condition. It was somewhat challenging to decide when everything was tight enough. Also a couple of the screws became stripped but were in fine. Overall however they are of good quality.The cushions are also quite thick and look like they will do a good job standing up to use over time.If you are on the fence or are nervous about ordering online, this set is well worth it.

I was scared to order this without many reviews, but took a chance after extensively searching for a sectional the same size for less than a thousand dollars. With extensive searching I found most sets for a "steal" online are dwarfed in size, and most good quality sets are about $4000. I figured I would take a chance on this one size the size was a bit bigger than most listed online and the cushions were nice and thick. (Also most didn't include an all weather cover and clips like this one.)I waited two weeks before writing this review. I am, for the most part, happy with this set. Let me start by saying that it looks nice in person, just like pictured but the cushions aren't "shiny" like they appear, they look nicer in person. It definitely isn't "big" like anothet reviewer mentioned but its big enough. I can lay down easily on one side of it. It is somewhat close to the ground, but it doesn't look weirdly small or anything. The feet are adjustable on bottom, which helps if your patio isn't perfectly level.The assembly was annoying. The coffee table and foot rest were basically assembled in the box which was nice... But the two chaises were frustrating. It should be noted this CANNOT be flipped. I bought it hoping to have it the other direction, as someone stated in the q&a section it could. It cannot. It has to be the direction the picture shows. I ended up rearranging my patio to make it work.The emailed directions were easy to follow, but they left out a few screws and then once I realized this it was almost impossible to get the bolts in because I'd already tightened the other ones down. So my advise is to go SLOW, and examine everything first. Also make sure to leave the bolts with a little give until they are all in and then finish tightening. Remember this isn't the highest quality piece so some holes already may not line up perfectly, so waiting to fully tighten will give you wiggle room.The full assembly took me about 2 hours alone, but about 45 mins of that was trying to fix my mistake.So far it has been comfortable (not extremely comfortable, but comfortable enough) and beautiful. For the price I'm very happy. The quality makes me a little nervous to give it 5 stars, because I don't know how it will hold up over the years with rain, storms, and heavier people sitting on it, etc.I would say it can comfortably fit 4 people. I wouldn't say more than that.The coffee table has little suction cups that holds the glass in place, which is nice. But the glass gets very very hot in any sun, so although its nice to set drinks on, I would have probably preferred a cushioned ottoman in it's place.The cover is much nicer than the one pictured (its gray and two separate pieces). I took a picture of it as I quickly threw it on during a storm. I left it off the first severe storm and the furniture was fine, but I figured any time I can avoid it getting drenched will probably help the longevity of it.All in all I would recommend it. Its not Pottery Barn quality but it was 85% off their price tag so I'm still very happy with it.The black cushions look nice, I was originally looking for a tan/cream cushion but these look nice, stay cleaner and were lightened up by throwing some $5 walmart outdoor pillows on them. The only thing to be careful of is sunscreen. We had someone sit on it after slathering thick white sunscreen all over and I had to wash the cushion off with soap and water for ten minutes to get it out because it was so noticeable. Otherwise they hide most spills and dirt pretty well.The "wicker" is more flat plastic type then my other outdoor furniture that's thinner round wood looking wicker. Once I got used to it it didn't bother me though.I know this review is all over the place but I wanted to give as much information as I could remember to hopefully help you make the right decision. :)

I love the sectional. It fits perfectly on our porch. It has all the features I was looking for and more than I expected to see in a reasonably priced unit. The black cushions feel expensive and look good. I put the couch together by myself and it did take quite a while to assemble. I would recommend flattening one of the 3 boxes and sliding underneath the pieces you are working on. I lost one of the washers that fell between the wood deck boards. It would have been nice to have a couple of extra washers and screws. Also, separate the longer screws from the shorter ones clearly so you don't use a long screw where a short one is indicated. The long ones will protrude if used where a shorter one is supposed to be, but the shorter ones will fit where the longer ones are to be used. To prevent cushion movement, use thin rug or shelf liner along the wicker couches and ottoman. It would have been easier to screw in Phillips head screws rather than the small hex button head screw tool that is awkward to work. The coffee table is perfect and the glass top with the suction cups to secure the glass works well. The 2 piece all weather cover is very good quality. I have not used it yet as the sectional is under roof on the 1 1/2 open-sided porch deck, but I will in the off-season. We are using our deck every day now. I was so glad I ordered this set. It was delivered earlier than promised and fits our needs at a great price.
