Traeger Anything Rub

This a great seasoning for the smoker. Love the metal box appearance and durability. Nice seal, smells great, not very spicy at all (mild), but wonderful for prepping pork and smoking in the traeger. Nice pink color makes it recognizable in the spice rack.

It was great..we used it on a 23lb ham..tasted great ..I also did some chicken legs in the smoker

Well, the replacement for the first order which came as a brick came fast, without my even having to return the brick (thrown out). The second version was much better. It had a certain amount of powder at the top. A simple knife enabled breaking up the lion's share of the partially clumped up balance, unlike in the first case in which the brick was far too solid to unclump. Bottom line, much better. Still, it's hard to get the desired quantity shaken out of the container's holes. As time marches on, we'll see how it goes. It's a shame the product did not arrive in its intended powder form. Nontheless, kudos to Traeger/Amazon for making the return/exchange so easy.

Been using this stuff for years on turkeys and chickens. I pat dry the turkey down with paper towels and lightly wipe him with olive oil so the rub sticks good and rub it in. Turkey always comes out nice and golden brown.

This is one of my favorite seasonings for chicken and fish. It’s versatile with fantastic, bright flavors. Don’t need to use a lot so the canister lasts for a while. Definitely worth the money.
