While we are happy with the quality of the rug, unfortunately we are unhappy with the colour and paytern of it. Just looking at the picture of what was advertised and the colour and pattern of what was received its very disappointing. We was expecting something dark like the picture. When we first opened it I thought it was the wrong rug until I looked at the order and saw it was the right one.

This was wrapped awful to suite the delivery needs it had been that compressed and not only that once rolled and compressed bent in half and pressure applied with tape. So obviously having been stored and delivered this way the rug as formed creases major through out and corners to bend. I lay this rug out flat tried to get creases out no joy it just looks cheap and awfully creased never will I buy a rug online again. Contacted Amazon who have accepted a return yet I have to pay full postage so dread to think how much I’m going to be out of pocket through no fault of my own. Finally returned it no communication from seller what so ever even though it was tracked and returned to the seller they didn’t process my refund. In the end had to go through Amazon for them to process my refund. Disgusting customer service from this company and very cheap poor quality rugs. Look nothing like the picture.

Loved the size though the way it was rolled then folded its left a horrid crease mark right up the middle ,it looks washed out nothing like the rich colours in the photo still good quality for price

This rug is nothing like the image shown, they told me I shouldn't expect it to be the same as the one advertised is a computerized image, the quality was very poor as well, and damaged due to being bent in half for delivery, got full refund.

Pretty poor quality my wife put it down then I took it up sorry for bad review
