Great swing weight and grip reminder training aid that I use almost on a daily basis. I purchased this one as a gift to give an instructor to use with his students. Nothing but good reviews and they plan on buying one for themselves.

Perfect for the correct grip and to stretch and work on swing speed . Goes right in the big side pouch on my golf bag.

Excellent item, especially if new golfer. Will help with hand position and grip to muscle memory. Weighted well to loosen up the old back before a round. Only issue is not really a negative...but I ha e large hands and the grip is set up for med to small hands... I can work through this since my grip is well established. I bought because after a 3 year layoff due to back surgery it helps me get loose and get swing on proper plane. I would recommend to new golfers 🏌️‍♀️

Golf mechanics are a quirky thing and this trainer really helps me confirm that my grip is correct. I highly recommend it.

Nice compact weighted swing trainer. You can use it in spaces where an Orange Whip or golf club couldn't be swung without hitting the ceiling, or a lamp, or the cat... Still want to be careful though cause the weight on the end of the trainer would leave a mark if something/someone got in the way. The bend in the shaft generates so torque in the swing. Weighted head provides some resistance to the swing. The grip trainer grip is nice. Other reviewers have complained that the grip is too small and it is indeed small, but for this trainer that is fine. If you really wanted a bigger grip you could probably wrap this is some tennis racquet grip tape or similar.

Terrific in door golf trainer. Take the inside weight out. To heavy. No muscle injuries. Use everyday. Start of with 10 swings THEN reverse , swing the opposite way. Then you will prevent a sway in your back developing. Been doing this for 40 years. Use the swing trainer for chipping and pitching motion again swing the opposite way. Your body loves it. Baseball switch hitters last a long time!! Oh! I'm a Golf Professional (43 years!)

Customers should be aware that the grip is for medium sized hands only. Adult sized hands do not fit in grip. Product is good otherwise.

Nice weighting for warm up or swing training. About 2x a driver swing weight. A bit of a wonky grip.
