I haven’t tried a ton of pre workouts but a friend recommended this one to me & she has tried many.I chug 1 scoop 20-30 minutes before a run & it keeps me running faster & longer. It doesn’t dissolve beautiful so I just continuously stir between sips.Makes me sweat, but no jitters afterward. Would recommend.(I did buy next tub directly from the website bc you can get 5 free sample packets. Just psa)

I had read the reviews, and I was not expecting to get bloated but unfortunately, I did. No jitters, not as much as energy as I had hoped. Did not finish product.

I take this about 45 minutes before I go for a run. The taste is bearable, its the typical fake grape flavor. My issue is no matter how much water I use or how much stirring and shaking I do, there is ALWAYS grit at the bottom of the bottle and I have to chug the last 2 ounces. I don't get jittery with it and I have seen an improvement in my run times (as well as my motivation to get out and do the run). I would consider buying again as long as there is another flavor available.

This product rocks!!! I've always used Beachbody and then when I stopped being a coach was searching for replacement. After a horrible c4 experience (so much sweating uncontrollably and tingling), this is PERFECT! Better than anything Ive ever used in the past! No tingling and feels natural! Personal best 5 km the first morning I used it.. at 6 am lol!!! I'm a fan! Wish I could be a represemtative!!

Honestly one of the best preworkout I have had. Avid runner and personal trainer and I can personally say that this stuff does exactly what you want it to. Best part is it’s not gritty in taste like some preworkouts and the energy feels clean and last long. Great stuff
