Decent product and met my basic expectations. However, on usage for about a month - it developed certain small cracks in the inner material leading to partial leakage of water. So a little more attention to the product quality is advised.

This is my second time purchase! It's very useful to sooth the pain after getting injections or for headache or for sprains!🤗 Just put some ice cubes in them, and dab or rub and press the area of pain! I'm happy with this😊
