I wore these during a trip to Dunns River Falls in Jamaica this past summer. These shoes were perfect for climbing the falls. I bought my teenage daughters each a pair of this same brand, each in different colors. They had enough traction for climbing the rocks, let the water flow through the shoes and they looked great, too. The shoes my daughters had came with elastic laces, but mine did not. I do not think either was better than the other. However, with the non elastic laces, the laces will fall out of the clasp thing easily. That's fixed by putting a knot in the end of the lace and the clasp won't fall out. I also tucked the laces in where they lace up so they wouldn't be hanging down.The only "complaint" would be that small pebbles would get in the shoes, so we had to stop and clean them out every so often. But, we had a group of 17 of us climbing Dunns River Falls, and every person in our group had to do the same thing and there were all different styles and brands of water shoes everyone else had. So, I don't believe that's a problem with these shoes specifically, rather it's the fact that they are water shoes and have holes in the soles to let water out, which can let small pebbles in.Aside from that, these were perfect water shoes and I'd absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for good quality water shoes that also look good.The size was a perfect fit, for all three pair I ordered.The photos are a little out of focus because I cropped to show just my shoes on my feet in the falls.

I have a narrow foot and these you can pull tight so they are nice and snug. Might want to wear a pair of socks first couple of times out to avoid any skin irritation. Nice chunky bottom for walking on rocks, hot sand, trails etc. should last a good long time. Definitely recommended.

These shoes are extremely comfortable & light, I wear them for work. I walk all day 8-9 hours, constantly up & down. I ordered 8.5 my normal size. First few days were perfect snug fit but because they are stretchy and not normal ‘walking shoes’ I know… they now are too big. I did tighten them as tight as I could & had to cut the string and just double knotted them like shoe laces & it’s okay for now.

These are my favorite shoes of all time. I love these and will be wearing them a lot. I have wide feet and I went 1/2 a size down from my normal size. I got the blue and yellow and the colors are amazingly vibrant and the quality is amazing. I'm older (almost 50) and have only had poor quality water shoes in the past. I finally decided to buy ones that are more expensive and it was well worth the money. Excellent purchase, if you get these, you won't be disappointed.Update: I ended up buying a 2nd pair in a different color (grey/mint) so I'll have one pair for kayaking and hiking and another to wear at home. They are awesome for both kayaking and hiking, they drain well and have amazing traction. I wasn't able to hike on the super muddy trails near my house without dangerously sliding around before I got these, I bought these and can now hike again even after it rains (and it rains a lot). I'm incredibly happy with both pairs, not only extremely comfortable and useful but amazingly stylish too. It's extremely hard to find shoes that are wide enough and don't look weird but these are perfect. I love how they fit and how they look and I love that they allow me to hike every day. I also love that I don't feel like I'm wearing dorky shoes when I go kayaking like previous water shoes made me feel.

I’ve wore these all day at Volcano Bay in Florida. They were so comfortable and dried quickly. I’m happy with the purchase and will definitely buy another pair.

I ordered the mint green pair last minute for a rafting trip. They are cute and stylish and seemingly good quality. The rubber sole has good grip on slick trail rocks. There was no slipping. The adjustable ties made for a good fit. The padding in the sole is light. Although it’s comfy, it’s pretty thin, which I’m guessing is true for most water shoes. Just a head’s up for those that may need a little more cushion due to feet and back issues. I’m happy with the purchase!

Fitand , comfort and price

I have a partially fused foot which makes it hypersensitive & difficult to walk without shoes. In 2022, on a family trip to Hawaii, I was unable to take my niece & nephews to the pool. It just hurt too much and the kiddos wanted me to chase them. I couldn’t. So this year I decided to look for some swim shoes that would be soft enough around my foot but hard enough to walk on in the pool. I looked at a ton of shoes and they all had a tight elastic around the ankle that kept the shoe on. Nope, won’t work. Finally found these! Soft around the ankles, holes to drain the water, and actual laces so I can adjust based on swelling. I fully recommend these! I was able to take the kiddos to the pool and had great traction on the pool floor.The shoes did have a hard time draining but were very easy to slip off/on to empty any water that is stuck from sand or grit. Regardless they are still Perfect shoes!
