Easy to assemble
This product fits our mini split perfectly and it is good quality. Looks nice and would recommend it.

Great Product
This company actually cares about the quality of their product and most importantly they care about what shape it arrives in when you receive it. It came in a heavy duty cardboard box. The product was bubble wrapped and then placed in a plastic sleeve. Then they used styrofoam AND a softer padding for further protection. But wait!!! There’s more!! They placed hard plastic corner pieces at each corner for FURTHER protection.Then they give you gloves so you don’t cut yourself when assembling the cover. Who does THAT??It’s absolutely beautiful.I had a little trouble with their assembly instructions. It appeared to me that the “corner angle” pieces provided were not for my model??? But they encourage you to call if you have questions and they have videos too. I also had to think outside the box (no pun intended) to fasten the top piece to the sides in the back where the open side is. My fix worked just fine.Good product and all my neighbors love it.

Sizing listed is EXTERIOR, not the size of the unit it can accommodate.
The listed sizes are the exterior of the finished item not the interior size that the cover can accommodate. No where does it list these dimensions or explain. frustrating to unbox and assemble the whole thing only to find it’s the wrong size and need to un assemble and pack up. Looks nice and high quality though, just fix the documentation here and on your website.

Great product but pricey
Honestly I was skeptical paying the price but these are great quality and super easy to install. I do think they are still a little over priced but looks great around our mini split heat pump.
