For me, the hardest part of physical exercise is persistence. I’ve been doing exercise to control weight for several years. Every time I made a commitment, it never lasts longer than couple of months. Well, the result is obvious, my cholesterol level grows with age. That’s why I buy shapewears, giving me confidence and keep my energetic on daily exercise. I bought one ISUP shapewear. It looks good on me except the actual size is smaller than I expected because I didn’t pay attention to my fat belly. I don’t want to return the product simply because my fault. So I contacted the seller directly to explain my situation. The seller is a nice lady. She asked my actual waist size and quickly arranged another shipment of bigger size without any extra charge. The new delivery is much better. I took a picture as a starting point. I’m going to keep a record of my fitness in shapewear once a month. Let me see how long it can last, and how well I will fit it. Almost impossible to get on. The front silhouette is fine. I put on a shirt that is one size too small to see if the compression shirt would slim my profile. But the side outline is atrocious. There is an area just below the chest that does not offer the support needed resulting in an exaggerated bulge. The same is true in the 'spare tire' region. This will find its way into my garbage cane post haste.

I got this for my Son who is doing a lot of workouts and he said he likes this a lot. He said it is comfortable but suggested we get the next size even though the size we took as accurate as per his measurements. The padding is thicker over the chest and you look a lot better in shape when in a gym. It's pretty tight and after workout you do not feel tired also it seems.

And by design you're supposed to climb into it like a pair of pants? How is this functional or practical?

I’ve used multiple brands and styles of this type of product. This brand fit me perfectly so I decided to get another. The second one I bought said the same size, “XL” but it was so tight, I couldn’t even get it over my legs. Complete waste.

What I really liked about this compression slimming undershirt is that it feels comfortable under my clothes, it doesn’t roll up like other compression shirts I have bought, and it is seamless. It is a bit tricky to put on as you have to put it on from the bottom up… like a skirt😆 Pulling it up and around the hips and the arms through is a bit of a struggle, but once on it feels very comfortable.
