Great stuff
This a great seasoning for the smoker. Love the metal box appearance and durability. Nice seal, smells great, not very spicy at all (mild), but wonderful for prepping pork and smoking in the traeger. Nice pink color makes it recognizable in the spice rack.

Tastes good but arrives somewhat "clumped".
Well, the replacement for the first order which came as a brick came fast, without my even having to return the brick (thrown out). The second version was much better. It had a certain amount of powder at the top. A simple knife enabled breaking up the lion's share of the partially clumped up balance, unlike in the first case in which the brick was far too solid to unclump. Bottom line, much better. Still, it's hard to get the desired quantity shaken out of the container's holes. As time marches on, we'll see how it goes. It's a shame the product did not arrive in its intended powder form. Nontheless, kudos to Traeger/Amazon for making the return/exchange so easy.

Perfect for pan fried pork
I've used this seasoning regularly for more than a year and after dinner tonight I decided it deserved a review. I rub it liberally on boneless center pork chops, pan fried, to enhance a natural pork flavor. Tasty balanced flavor. My can was clumped, but it's worth breaking up to use. I've used most of it in the past year and will reorder. I may try some of their other flavors.

Disappointed!
The product was delivered on time; however when I opened the container to apply the rub to my ribs I found the rub to be hard packed and basically unusable. I had to remove the top, and dig out rub, chunk by chunk. Horrible. I’ve using Traeger Rubs for years and this has never happened. Tried to contact Traeger to inform them and attach pictures but was unsuccessful. Disappointed to say the least. Ultimately, for this cook I was forced to use another companies product. I want a refund, and/or a replacement Traeger Pork Rub or both.
