Yes, it is. If the juice has really soaked in and has been there for a while, wiping with BootRescue may just lighten the stain. If the stain is recent, it can remove it entirely.

Q: Will these work on cowboy boots

If your cowboy boots are suede they should work. I live in Minnesota, and my boots are black suede. They got full of road salt stains, and these wipes cleaned them right up. I had to use a suede brush to fluff up the nap a bit in a few spots, but all the white is gone. I'm not sure how they would work if salt got into fancy stitched seams though. I've never owned cowboy boots.
