Adjustable Rolling Pin for Baking | Non Stick Wooden Dough Roller with Removable Thickness Rings

Arrived as expected. It is exactly what I needed. I had a rolling pin with the adjustable disks for years. This keeps my cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc at a desired consistent thickness. I could no longer change the disks so tried this one. It is great. Much better system than my old rolling pin. I love it.

It works pretty good but the roller is made out of a rough wood and so you have to constantly flour it to stop it from sticking to anything. Also if you are rolling out a tough dough and have to push down hard the middle bows and so it doesn’t roll out evenly

I don't bake very often, but I ordered this rolling pin (and Boolba's baking mat) to make quiche. Both the rolling pin and the baking mat are very attractive and good quality. The surfaces on both the rolling pin and the baking mat are smooth so dough doesn't stick. The measurements are handy and easy to read.I'm inspired to bake more now that I have these beautiful tools.

I'm using this for an unusual, non-baking, purpose. I use it for rolling pottery clay. The adjustable levels it affords is excellent for that use in hand building pottery. It's a great rolling pin, sturdy, great adjustable sides. I love this, may get another one for baking :)

The adjustable rings makes rolling out an even-height dough a breeze. This is the only rolling pin that I now use.
