Roomy and secure on the board
This attaches securely to my board. No worries about suction cups coming undone, because it ties to the mounts on the board. Roomy enough for my flipflops, a small dry bag, and 2 water bottles. When I'm doing exercises on the board, I stick my paddle under the net to keep it from floating away.

No suction cups which is a good thing for my SUP
My SUP comes with four prongs to attach this netting just like it is pictured by the seller. I don't trust suction cups, so I was looking specifically for a netting like this. It attached perfectly and securely; it is doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend this netting if you can attach it to your board as pictured, without the need for any suction cups. It does not come with any suction cups.
