I blend smoothies with fruit veg and protein at home. But they don't exactly travel well and I love having a Fuel for Fire pouch handy on a long car trip or for a healthy snack on a business trip. I don't understand why they are marketed exclusively for post workout recovery since it contains the same ingredients as snacks or smoothies for weight control (what I use them for). Taste is great. Ingredients are simple and natural. Packaging is easy to use. I would give the product five stars except that the price seems out of line with any similar product I have seen. Baby foods come in similar packaging and have somewhat similar ingredients...and are half the price. Other sports and weight and products have similar ingredients but come in different packaging _ and they are cheaper. Fuel for Fire is great but I can't use it daily due to the price...wish I could

Sweet potato/apple is actually really good, but really not helpful when the seller sends the wrong item. Stuck with berry flavor and no way to return or have correct item replaced. Annoying.

I've had other flavors and this one is my favorite. It's not too sweet, it's just right, and I have a hard time eating just one. Make sure you have it cold! These are way better when they are cold than room temp. Great on the go snack if you're in a rush and need to get some protein and nutrients in before or after a workout.

This flavor is so delicious. Tastes almost like pumpkin pie filling. Perfect for quick breakfast/snack.

She likes the coco version and I do not so guess who's taste is better? I like the sweet potato version and will purchase another 2 boxes. "IF", you love coco then I suggest you try the Coco version. If your not a coco fan you might not want to. This sweet potato version is good to me.

We've been huge fans of FFF since the beginning - great product made by terrific people. Truly tasty, quality protein (no soy), natural ingredients, gluten-free - all wrapped up in a portable, mess-free package. I'd like to tell you that I can limit myself to one a day, but that would be a lie! Banana cocoa has always been my favorite, followed by tropical; my son loves the sweet potato. I enjoy FFF post-WOD, while on the road, and as a bedtime protein snack. You've never had protein that tasted this GOOD - no gritty texture or aftertaste from artificial ingredients. No better way to fuel YOUR fire!
