Clock Collection Redwood Mantel Clock with Chime

Arrived in perfect condition. It had been packed very well with foam that fit the clock and pervented any movement. It's a beautiful clock, very light weight and looks great on our mantel. The clock takes 3 AA batteries for keeping time and the chimes. There are 4 chimes to choose from and we like a simple chime sound.We are very happy with this purchase especially because we chose to get one that was discounted due to damage to the packaging.

Appears like a good Howard Miller knock off including glass bezel, nice wood finish, handsome Clock face. Then you hear the sound....Sounds like one of the original electronic Christmas greeting cards of the 1990's. If you are pleased with the chimes, you must be tone deaf. Hope the clock operating mechanism will hold out longer than the 90 day warranty!

It took a few days to get the clock to play music and chime correctly. It only chime on the hour of 6,7, and 9. Pushing the button in the back did not seem to work in setting the clock in a.m or p.m mode. I was getting ready to send the clock back when I thought to try the set up one more time. So, after spending a "whole day" watching the clock to see if it would play music and chime at the same time I will be keeping the clock.

nice clock, very pretty, works as advertised. Only things I wish were different- (1) Even when volume is turned to its lowest level, we would like it to go a little lower. (2) You can turn on a "night time" mode so the clock doesn't sound at night. The hours for this are preset but would be nice to be able to set those to the times we would prefer.

So far I love it. Like that I can set the loudness of the chimes. Like that I can turn them off if I want and I like that they don’t chime after nine pm. Like the color and shape.

Cracked and chipped top. Not visible from fireplace so not worth returning. Don’t know about function or accuracy yet. Will update review later if needed.

It arrived with a minor chip, too much of a hassle to return. Loud on the lowest volume setting, poor setting instructions. Could not get it go quiet at night, followed the instructions still no joy. Took out the batteries.

I really liked how the clock looked but just could not get the chimes the hour counter work together with correct count. I even called the company and they emailed me some different instructions but still did not solve the problem so I did end returning the clock.
