Coffee canister is beautiful! I have started to roast my own coffee beans, and this canister works perfectly to keep those beans fresh. The inner cover seals out the air tightly, moving smoothly inside canister to level of beans. Works exactly as intended!

Good coffee beans are expensive and they deteriorate very quickly. In searching for a good product for storing them, I came across the Planetary Designs Airscape. It seemed to be the best option and I ordered one. I am glad I did. It works really well. It's a great design, simple to use but very effective. If you have perishable dry goods, consider buying one of these. They are more expensive than other storage canisters, but will save you money in the long run by keeping your stuff fresh longer.

Always been wanting to have this and glad I finally got it. Quality is tops and workmanship is excellent. This will definitely keep my coffee beans fresh. Plus it is aesthetically pleasing in any kitchen counter or if you choose to store it in your pantry, still a beautiful piece to own.

I love the Airscape container—I use it to store coffee beans. It looks great on my countertop and it works just as described. There is an inner lid that you place and then push down on (it also has a handle for ease of use) to expel all the air through a small vent. I got the set that includes a stainless steel scoop which is perfect to use with coffee beans. Both the container and scoop are high quality, so it’s well worth the price. I have the medium size for coffee beans and like it so much, I ordered the large size to store dry dog food. I highly recommend, as airtight containers really don’t get any better than this in terms of getting all the air out to preserve freshness. It’s also well designed and looks sleek and modern.

This canister is perfect for an airtightseal that keeps your coffee whether beans or ground, just opened fresh. ItIs well made and looks nice. I use it forspecialty coffees as they are on the smaller size. The canister probably holds a bit over a pound of coffee. Itactually has two seals, one interior thatPushes the air out and one to close thetop. It has a non slide bottom. Overall it is a round cylinder but is easy to pick up because even full it isn't heavy. It was a little pricey but well worth it. I recommend it!

Good container and perfect size for my coffee beans as discribed. Quite pleased with the product way much better than the old contaier I was using. The fact that it removes most of the air in the container will improve lasting freshness.
