Well where to start.. I ordered these and they came in two days.. first thing I did was pull them out and try them.. music works fabulous, called my wife to test the mic, excellent. A couple hours later they died, which was fine, so I put them on the charger. The left one charged just fine, the right one, the light kept blinking on and off.. so I adjusted it thinking maybe it was just a bad connection, couldn't get it. So I contacted sportbudz to confront them about maybe a defective bud.. Their response was incredibly fast and super concerned about what I had going on, they gave me some trouble shooting tips, and still nothing. He decided to send me a new set out and was extremely apologetic for my defective product.. that customer service is just incredible.. as for the product, extremely comfortable, great sound quality and fabulous mic! They hold a charge for quite some time, and have an extremely easy charging unit! Couldn't be happier

I really want to rate this at least a four or more but there are a couple of drawbacks that keep me from doing so.The GOOD: The sound is decent if you get a tight seal with the ear plugs. The battery life on a single charge is better than expected which is more than 2 hours (I only listened as long as my workout). The carrying case/charging cradle can charge them up another 3-4 times before having to plug the cradle in. There is no noticeable lag between the audio and video when I watch movies on my phone.The BAD: The charging cradle is sensitive to vibrations. The slightest tap to the cradle and one or both earphones will stop charging so keeping the earphones in my bag for a few days between workouts seems like a no go if I want a fully charged earphone. The worst part of these head phones for me is the ear buds. One they're a pain to put on which wouldn't be a big deal but I'm still trying to find the best size ear plug to use and I feel like I might rip them each time I'm putting them on. Which brings me to the next problem. There are suppose to be three size ear buds but the only difference between each is the size of the fin. The actual bud is the same on all of them which in my opinion are way too big for me and doesn't allow for a good seal and have to constantly shove them back in or they'll fall out. If I can find some aftermarket buds I would keep them but that's highly doubtful because the bud and fin are a one piece design but we'll see. Hopefully the manufacturer will actually read this and do something about it for future buyers.

These little earbuds are very comfortable and I can easily wear them for over an hour without realizing it. It’s really convenient not having a cord go around my neck or shoulders and I don’t find that I have any problems with them falling out of my small ears.I alternate using a single earbud to listen to music while working on either on my PC or my iPhone depending on the day. I them as a pair to watch movies when my husband is asleep and I’m trying not to disturb him. The sound is good, but as previous users have stated, be aware that they don’t offer you a lot of bass. Depending on your music preferences these can still easily suit your needs. With a secure fit there is a slight noise reduction, but it is slight.I really like that the case has a dual purpose of keeping them safe as well as charging them at the same time. I have a tendency to forget to charge the earbuds themselves but the convenience of being able to throw them into the case and in my bag knowing that it will recharge them saves me a lot of hassle. The case even blinks to tell you how much of a charge is left, I think I would have preferred four LED lights, but it works.I tend to listen to bass heavy music, so I wish it had a better bass range, but otherwise I enjoy these earphones.

I had a lot of hope for these earbuds, but I am a bit disappointed. I use these earbuds with an iPhone 7+.I was very concerned about fit since it seems like most earbuds I've tried do not fit well, so I was very concerned about them feeling loose. However, the fit is snug and very comfortable. I can go running or perform rigorous exercise and not be to concerned about them becoming loose or falling out.The sound is nice. I am definitely not a professional sound guy, but the audio seems clear and very pleasing. It's not like my Bose over ear noise cancelling headset, but that's not what I was expecting. However, I would say the quality sounds more like the set of Bose earbuds I bought 3 years ago.Ok, now for a few of the problems I've been having. The first actually is not that bad, but it can be annoying. Every once in a while the right earbud will temporarily loose connection with the left. It doesn't happen very often, but it does happen. Maybe once every 10 minutes or so. Maybe longer, maybe less. But it only lasts a second or two, then it's back to normal.The worst part of these earbuds is being able to use it when talking on the phone. I almost rated these earbuds 2 stars for this. I can not use these earbuds when I'm talking on the phone. I have to bypass the earbuds and remove them from my ear when I'm talking on the phone. When I have used them, I can hear the other party very well, but the other party can bairly hear me. I thought at first that this was a problem with the earbuds so I returned the first set. When I got the new set, it was a little bit better, but the other party still had a very difficult time hearing me.Overall, I like the earbuds for listening to music and video, but using it for phone calls is far below adequate.
